Coal mine 'Gneisenau II / IV' in Dortmund-Derne (Germany). Opened in 1875, in the 1970s one of the largest coal mines in the Ruhr district, closed in 1985. Today there are still two mining towers remaining. The former company site has been transformed in to a park with playgrounds and sports fields.
