Last Sunday I was in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. The trip wasn't really planned, but it was the first beautiful spring weekend this year and the city is definitely interesting. I went to the harbour and the government district. Architecturally and photographically interesting is the so-called media harbour (Medienhafen). Originally part of the commercial harbour, many new buildings have been built here over the last 30 years. By the way, the name 'Medienhafen' comes from the fact that companies from the media and advertising industries were given preference to settle here. There are some, but in the meantime it has become a normal office quarter.
I took pictures with the Fujifilm GFX 100S camera and tried out Fuji's new film simulation 'Nostalgic Negative'.
