Now it has also really snowed in Bielefeld. It didn't stay for long, but at least it was really winter for a few hours. And then on the weekend and thus on days when I could observe the snow not only from the office window. You have to know that in the area where Bielefeld is located, longer periods of snow are relatively rare, even in January and February. Most of the time it's just cold and rainy. To cut a long story short, I packed the camera on Sunday morning and went out.

About a fortnight ago, I once again took a picture above from the 'Johannisberg' hill. At that time it had also snowed shortly before, but the snow had almost completely melted away again. I have posted the pictures here in the blog a little further down. Now, last Sunday, the landscape and the city were covered with a really beautiful blanket of snow. I took pictures from pretty much the same location.
