Sunrise at the Hoberger Feldmark

Just something nice for today's public holiday. A sunrise in the Hoberger Feldmark.

The Hoberger Feldmark is located in the west of the Bielefeld city area between the districts of Hoberger-Uerentrup and Kirchdornberg directly on the northern slope of the Teutoburg Forest. The German word 'Feldmark' means field marsch. It is an old cultivated landscape with agricultural fields, single tree groups and larger forest sections. In between there are some farms and small settlements. The landscape is hilly and rises from north to south to the main ridge of the Teutoburg Forest. In short: simply beautiful. Especially early in the morning or in the evening. Because it is currently already warm during the day but the nights are still cold, there is also often fog and haze in the early morning hours. This then looks particularly beautiful.

I think the Hoberger Feldmark and the whole area around Hoberger-Uerentrup and Kirchdornberg is one of the most beautiful landscape areas in Bielefeld.
